Manufacturing and Installation Process

Our project workflow was based on 3D structural analysis, finite element method (FEA) girder calculations, and on-site measurements at the customer's facility. Manufacturing was carried out in our ISO 9001-certified factory using high-strength S355 structural steel. All weld seams were inspected with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). On-site installation was completed within 5 working days, followed by full load and no-load test procedures.
